I've been interested in reading Barry Schwartz's "The Paradox of Choice: Why Less is More" for many months...but have not found the time. Today I found a video of the author discussing the essence of his book at the TED conference (thanks to Sharp Brains for the FYI) that gave me the gestalt of his book.
