A recent Atkins case is the Alfred Bourgeois matter out of the U.S District Court, Southern District of Texas. The opinion is VERY large. 225 pages long. I received it in 6 separate PDF files. I have not read one page of the decision. It looks to have been a very interest proceeding with 663 filings, several days of hearings and multiple witnesses. I have posted it as a single ZIP file...that is over 19 MB in size. So, you have to download the .zip file and then unzip it on your computer if you want to read all 6 parts.
