Interesting new study (with mice) that highlights the growing awareness of the importance of brain rhythm synchronization...especially the importance of synchronized rhythmic communication between brain networks important for controlled attention and executive functions. This study shows an interesting possible link between increased movement (running) and brain rhythm.
